2008 is going to be a big year for us. We’ve got some sparkling new creative and technical talent in our team; our new office in Glasgow city centre is opening soon, and there’s some other behind-the-scenes stuff that we can’t talk about just yet. • Shell (108KB PDF) We created an online learning system for key Shell employees in Africa, ensuring that they had the same access to Continuous Professional Development as other staff around the world.
• Samsung (184KB PDF) We created an automatic warranty system for Samsung after other companies had told them it was impossible.
• Royal College of Ophthalmologists (132KB PDF) We delivered and supported a variety of solutions for the College’s qualifications programme; enhancing communication, training delivery and recording.
• Global Action Plan (92KB PDF) Carbon calculators are everywhere on the web nowadays, but we created one of the first in the world for Global Action Plan.
• University of Cambridge (132KB PDF) We developed Cambridge ESOL’s (English as a Second or Other Language) online offer for 4 years: acting as a responsive and flexible outsourced web department, building an integrated, accessible and international online education service.
• Subsea Sector Experience (292KB PDF)Technical and creative web communications supporting the growth of the subsea sector

What we do.

We have a huge bag of creative and technical tools that our clients can use to keep their audiences interested and excited. These include website design and build, usability research, content management system deployment, online retail, games, video streaming … and more tools keep being added all the time. We don’t see any limit to what we can bring to our clients.

Our clients like to use us in different ways to suit their business and activities. To some, we’re a planning and strategic team, helping them understand and excite their online audiences better. To others, we’re interface and usability experts, using our experience and inquisitive approach to design more usable systems. We also look beyond the web as business developers and marketing experts to deliver online commerce tools and strategies, or help them integrate their communications across the full range of media.

In short, we work with our clients to create products that engage and excite their audiences, which in turn increases profitability.
